The Upper Floors

The Roof

The rooftop wasn't really meant to house anyone, but a few years ago someone decided they could make some extra money by converting the gardening conservatory up there into an apartment. The extensive slate roof of Bellum Letale now hangs over most of the resulting rooms, and the floor-to-ceiling glass windows probably would be the apartment's most endearing feature, if its current resident didn't block them with heavy curtains. The other side of the building features a similar balcony, this time open for visitors, and it gets plenty of sun in the afternoons.

Penthouses

The Penthouses have an incredible floor plan with sunken living rooms and spacious bedrooms. They are newly carpeted and all of them came equipped with lovely antique brass chandeliers and fixtures. Long windows give a fantastic view of the horizon.

Deluxe Apartments

Though not as luxurious as the Penthouses, the Deluxes are a class above the regular apartments in the building. They are newly carpeted and all of them came equipped with upgraded lighting fixtures and spacious floorplans. Windows are twice the size of the standard apartments, though not so long as the Penthouse. They offer fantastic views.

The Lower Floors

The lower floors house between seven and nine apartments per floor, with the lower floor apartments being significantly smaller than the ones above. Rooms #05-#07 of every floor have the best window views. The lower apartments cost less than the ones near the top of the building, and have less expensive fixtures. In the back of the building a long fire escape zigzags back and forth down to the ground. This is accessible by a long window.
